First Big Trip

Hello!!! :)

Well slowly but surely Adam and I are adjusting to 'parenthood' haha. We are lovin it - especially lately, Sophia has just learned to smile!! Of course she only does it 3-4 times a day so you have to be alert and waiting for it, haha. Adam and I are doing well and have really enjoyed having this past month just to learn and get to know our little girl. But we are also impatient and itching to do something!! Which is good because these next few months are gonna be crazy!

We will be leaving tomorrow morning for Lima. We have to go there to get Sophia's passports (unfortunately the US Embassy doesn't have an opening for us) so we are only getting her Peruvian one this trip - but at least we can get it because we will leave Lima on April 13th and head to Ecuador where Adam will be teaching the last two weeks of a training up there.
We will get back from Ecuador the first week of May. We will be at home for about 10 days and then head back to Lima for Sophia's US passport and for a meeting.

Then in June we will start a three month training here in Iquitos, and Adam is in charge! He is really excited about this opportunity and is looking forward to being able to help train new guys for our team. (And hopefully a few of them will stay on to help us reach the Huitoto) Definitely pray that we will get good solid guys to train - ones who really want to serve the Lord and are willing to sacrifice 2 years of their lives to help us. Also just for our family as we will be traveling quite a bit this month. And for Adam as he teaches in Ecuador because this will be his first training to 'teach' at!! Thanks so much - we love you guys!
