Life is an ever changing miracle given to us by the Lord. Life is precious and daily we have the opportunity to live it to the fullest, if we dare. Our crazy lives have been completely changed by the birth of Sophia .... and time slips by so quickly as we learn/try to be good parents to her!! And now it seems, we will be blessed with another baby - a BOY - who will be born May 26, 2011 (maybe! haha!) I can't even imagine how radically our lives will change once again, but we are so excited to see what the Lord will do through us this new year!!
I don't think I have ever had a new year's resolution - but this year mine is to actually post on our blog :) To write about the daily craziness of our lives as we laugh and live and learn from one another, and as we anticipate life's changes, rewards, hardships and joy's. We hope that you will laugh and cry and shake your heads in disbelief as you journey with us this year!

For all of you who prayed for Eliseo and Nestor while they were out in the Huitoto community - thank you oh so much!! They had a very successful trip and were able to work alongside the Huitoto and start some great relationships there with the people. Eliseo is eager to return - hopefully by the end of the month, and he is hoping to stay for 6 months!! Nestor has been having some family problem's and will not be able to accompany him, but we are praying that Felix, Juan or Pedro will be able to go with him this time.
We look forward to sharing what the Lord is doing among the Huitoto and our ever changing team, and we will - as always - be coveting your prayers!!! We hope that you all had a wonderful holiday season!!!
