BLOG #1 – THE BATHROOM

IT IS FINISHED!!!! As you can see it was quite a bit of work, a little more than Adam had anticipated…considering he thought we could redo the entire thing in one week…. now months later it is finally done! It is so nice though; it was definitely worth the wait and the effort!!! Especially since we now have 12 people living in our house…yup, that’s what I said – 12!! We have added into our family a French guy and a girl from Denmark…its getting quite exciting I must say!!
But, in regard to the bathroom – Adam worked really hard every afternoon with a man named Manuel – sometimes our brother, Samuel and our dad would help so he really did have a good time. He also learned how to tile with concrete….so that was fun! Lol. It was definitely a new experience but we (by we I mean Adam!) know now how to remodel a bathroom in a different country and Adam was able to make some really good friends.
Needless to say – it was an adventure, but now we have really hot water and new friends, so who can complain about that!!
